Guided Meditation: Change - Episode 8

This guided meditation for times of change comes as we transition into Spring. A time to reflect and be gentle. Waves of change can be overwhelming and require a bit more of an effort to go inside and ground down. This short and sweet guided meditation can be done any time of day - in your bed, on your yoga mat or on the train in to the city. Use this as a tool to support yourself during times of transition.
